  1. This program is used for inputting
  2. 4 types of Library information:
  3.  
  4. LINES, PCB DECALS, LOGIC DECALS,
  5. and PARTTYPES
  6.  
  7. Lines are used to represent the Board
  8. Outline, and user defined shapes such
  9. as drill tables.
  10.  
  11. Part Decals are used to define components
  12. pin locations and the Lines item used
  13. to represent the partdecal's outline.
  14.  
  15. PartType defines the electrical properties
  16. of a part. It also defines the partdecal
  17. items used to draw the parts pins, the 
  18. padstacks and component outlines.
  19.  
  20. We recommend that all user generated
  21. libraries be backed up on a regular basis.
  22. This will ensure that if the computer
  23. loses power and causes the library to be 
  24. corrupted you can replace it with a backup
  25. copy. A list of files to be backed is 
  26. listed below.

  28. NOTE: STD may represent any user created
  29.       library.
